2. Adding audio to frames: There are two ways to do this. You may select the frame to which audio is to be added and drag and drop the audio file from the Library to the stage. OR, you may select the frame to which audio is to be added and use property inspector to select the audio file from the "Sound" drop down box.
The screenshot Fig 1.2 depicts the same.
As seen, the audio automatically spreads over till the next available key frame.

The option available for the "sync" in the properties inspector are: Event, stream and stop. The event sound once initiated does not stop until it finishes playing. The stream sound stops if it enters a frame where the sound is not present.
Also, in the event mode, the quality of sound is better than that of the "stream" option at same import/playback settings. "Stream" is preferred when audio is to be synchronized with animation like in case of e-learning material.
