Video Encoder: A device that converts an analog video signal to a digital video signal using one of a variety of compression schema.
Frame Rate: Frequency in which video frames are displayed on a monitor, typically described in frames-per-second (fps). Higher frame rates improve the appearance of video motion.
Key Frame: An animation key frame is a single still image in an animated sequence that occurs at an important point in that sequence.
You can also choose whether or not to erase the audio track existed in the added video



Apply Special Effects to Video
Create exciting movies by using special effects. Simply apply a certain effect to any selected video frame to personalize your movie.



Special Effects
Click “Start” to play the added video, and when it come to the target video frame, click “Stop”, then choose one of the special effects below to customize the still image.
