Goldshell Digital Media, the producers of numerous popular Flash tools such as FlaX and FlashForge, have released another effects program. This new program, called Pixifex, creates bitmap effects from your JPG, GIF, BMP and other graphic files. It will export these unique effects in SWF format, to be imported into Flash, or used directly on web sites.
