Dynamic Flash Text? How Did They Do That?

Please can someone explain how this is possible (Best if you are using Chrome because you can browse the .CSS and Javascript files).

There appears to be no .swf yet the title text "Space" (left column) on this website is a flash object generated only from what appears to be HTML code? It has to be done dynamically surely? All the section titles are generated using flash but no flash object????

They use.fla file you make file on this extension this be do your work.

Um... They use swf files... Flash can only be used through a swf file OR a picture such as gif (limited features).
They use Javascript to call forth their swf files.
