Default Works with my mac browsers but...

Hi! i'm finishing up a site right now and i'm having headaches with linking from a flash element and the e-commerce part of the site.

    here's the site.

    www.fenixcosmetics.com

if you click on 'skip intro'...then click on 'Skin Care'...you'll see a menu on top wth product catagories. Click on Lips, then under that sub-menu click Lip Therapy with 20spf (for example). Now, on my Mac at work using IE or Safari the link will go to the product page in the e-commerce section. But on a PC the link will go back the intro (splash) page.

i coded the link in flash with this getURL info

    URL- "default.tpl?sku=12645&cart=&" + cart
    Expression is checked
    Variable is Send using GET

i'm not the best at flash yet, so this site was a huge challenge to take on. i'm trying to figure it out and the vendor we are working with on the e-commerce side is stumped also on this link thing. so any advice or possible solutions is greatly appreciated. thanks in advance!
