PowerPoint to Flash movie

Hi everyone
I'm pretty new to flash and am giving this a try. I have converted a ppt presentation with sound to a windows metafile then imported that file into flash. it imported all of my slides without a problem. I then add these layers / slide - slide num - hot area - buttons - sound - stop. I then imported the audio files into the sound layer and added the corrosponding sound clip to the appropriate slide/frame.

I can now get the movie and sound but it all runs to gather. I have attached the flash movie I created so that you can see what I am talking about.

My question is how to I sync the time duration of a slide/frame to be shown same the lengeth of the sound clip and then how do I get the slide/frame to change to the next slide/frame with the corrosponding sound clip? Pretty much as it does in a ppt presentation.

As to your sound question, why can't you place the sound simply on the frame?

That is what I am in the process of doing now. I figured out how to make the frames a longer time duration and once I complete all 13 slides I am going to import the sound clips directly into the slide and do away with the sound layer. I think that the sound layer is for music or other sounds not sequenchel speech.

If yo can think of anything else please let me know.

OK, here we go

I have a PowerPoint presentation (13 slides with narration). I have converted the PPT to a Windows Meta File and then created 13 individual Flash documents & movies.

How do I splice them all together into one movie and have the scene change when the narration has completed for each scene.

HELP PLEASE

If anyone can help I'll be glad to email a couple of the Flash documents or movies to them so you can see what I am talking about.

Too many presentation tools can do the conversion.
And too many product spams here.

Maybe quality and file size should be balanced in converting PowerPoint to Flash. I ever tried some tools can provide nice pictures in Flash movie but the large file size is not applicable to share online.

And now PowerPoint 2007 compability could be a considerable point.
