Newbie to FlashMX'ish.

I'm looking for a way for my client to use a web page on her site, to update images and text on her flash based web site (I built). Say to update her news and add images of new items she's created. I found a great guestbook that uses php and am currently messing with a counter that's php based so I think an action script (I know diddly about action scrips except what I can cut and paste and alter for my site) that uses php (I can also use mySQL although I don't know anything about that either).

Doesn anyone know of a tutorial to do such a thing as allow a user/webmaster to update flash movie dynamicly from a web site (The owner of the site isn't familure with ftp so I want to use a web page style upload system).
