Help with Flash Animation

Hi guys,

I'm a newbie to flash and I'm using CS4 and AS3. I'm trying to do something which seems simple in theory but I'm having issues executing.

The FLA file and html file are below so you can see what I've done and maybe tell me where I've gone wrong. Basically:

The icons are bouncing up and down, when I move my mouse over the first one it stops and when I move mouse away it continues. I've basically duplicated the script for the other two buttons but they don't seem to work they just bounce crazily??

Also I've made it so when you click any of the buttons it takes you to google (just to test that link works) but this isn't working on any of them!? If I change the AS to gotoAndStop then the link works fine but gotoAndPlay and it doesn't

I know I've probably done something obviously ridiculous so please go easy

so I take it no one know what's causing this issue?

I think everyone's just abandoned flash for some reason, I don't know why, but I rarely ever get responses or help with my questions either...

Well either everyone in the universe is moving over to javascript or it needs to be a new forum!
