Please Help! - Web banner slideshow effect

I'm working on a project and this client want exactly same flash effect existing on sonalisakal.com's banner.

I tried few programs but failed to find exactly same effect. My client's getting paranoid to see the flash banner everyday.

I'd really appreciate your help if you could please provide a program that can achieve the result or show me the way if I can do it on Flash.

hi,it is easy to get the effect on your site.for me,i am not an expert in the flash,so i use this wondershare flash gallery factory to get the effect.

i have ckecked the site you post,,i think you can edit your pics in the software and pay attention to the motion and transion effect.hope it helps
