I need an expert's opinion please.

I'm interested in finding someone who can create a program that would produce a slide show very similar to the following:

A photo slideshow is pretty standard construction. There are lots of demo's around the net. In fact, flash has a premade slideshow template that you can customize to suit your needs. Open flash, select..... File......new from template....... photo slideshow.
