Setting Pop-up window mode + mixing with html site.

Hi. I need quick, simple help. I'm a beginner in doing web-design, but I have already created pretty complexed Flash site. Now I need to know how to make two basic things to end the job. I've been searching the net but it's pretty hard to find the right, simple answer. I would be grateful if you could anwer this as simple as possible, or just give straight links for that matter.

OK, here it is:

1/ I need to create a HTML page with a link that will open my Flash application. I know that I have to do it in Dreamweaver, but I don't know it well, so could you please give me the step-by-step solution? This page would consist of one image plus the link to Flash window.

2/ After creating the link in HTML, I'd like to make my Flash site open in a new, pop-up window. Where I can set it up? I know it's a basic question, but I couldn't find the answer yet.
