How to edit text in 'movie clip' form?

Hey all,

I'm not a web noob, or even a dreamweaver noob, but Flash is different for me. I downloaded at website template from entheosweb last week, and I am in the process of editing the flash banner/intro that's included.

entheosweb.com - it's template 20355 if you want to see what I'm talking about.

Now, I have done this before with other flash intros and banners, but the text portions were in text format. Inside the library pane of Flash, I see what I want to edit, but it's in movie clip form, and I'm having trouble making it all come together when I edit.

Any ideas how to edit it?

If it will help, I can upload the flash file to my server for download and what-have-you, but I think that may be a TOS violation somewhere.

I'm using CS3, by the way.

Okay, that was completely useless reply.

Anyway, does anyone have any advice? I am falling behind the curve if I'm supposed to have this flash done and the entire site up and running by the end of the month. Please help me.

Seriously, Nobody?

I'm gonna have to post an ad on Craigslist and pay someone to answer these questions, aren't I?

Oh well. I'll just have to learn what I'm doing and come back and post to help others.
