Newbie to Flash - Please help, can I randomise web links?

I'm working on a uni project in which I need to randomise web links in flash mx 2004. I have no idea where to start. Should I be looking for actionscript or a component or do I work with an external database. If anyone can please help I would be most grateful as I only have 2 days to complete this work.
