Redirect to URL after movie finishes?

I am new to flash/actionscripting and have this question. I have a flash video (.FLV) that i want to have play, and when the movie finishes, i want the page to redirect to a URL. Is this possible to accomplish by adding scripting within my HTML editing program, or does this need to be added within Flash? I am using CS4.

Hi, the first thing is to export the FLV to a SWF file.
