i need help regarding flash animating usin photoshop pics

i made some pics in photoshop but when i transfer them to flash there like a white box around the pic. this is annoying becoz u cant see the back round of the animation. doz ne1 no wut to do coz i bet its simple as but im a noob who started flash 3 days agao.

That sounds a bit strange. try this.
1. first convert your psd file into .jpg or .gif
2. IMPORT the images into flash
3. convert the images into GRAPHIC
4. bring it onto the stage and see how it looks.

5. if it still has the white box around it,
6. do BREAK APART, and delete the white box.
