Default animating a "wurmlike" growing line

    Hi there!

I would like to make an animation starting from a point and ending as a - well - wurmlike line (a growing line). That means I can t use the skript that changes just the beginning and ending point. Or whatever. Well, if anybody has an idea how that could work I d be very glad

    Hi,

I am not quite sure what you mean, but you could draw your line animation and then slowly reveal it with a mask. This could simulate the line growing in "wormlike" shape. Another option would be to draw your animation in one frame, then add one frame at a time and erase part of your drawing each frame until the animation is gone. Highlight all the frames in the animation and select reverse frames. This is one way to simulate drawing any shape.

    Hope it helps

    hi NTD,

thanx for your reply. well, i guess the use of the term "wurmlike" was a little bit confusing... actually what i want is just various lines growing from a starting point in a not-linear way so finally they form a kind of a red.... so it might be, that a motion-tween animation would be sufficient, but since i m kinda newbie it doesn t work this way (i can t animate growing lines, just forms)... i hope this time my question is more understandable.... and u can help me?!
