entire flv server at home

hey everyone, please understand that this is the first time i have tried to ask a question in a forum and im really unsure about what info you will need to understand my problem. But i will try to give you as much info as i can.
OK i host my own self made website on a friends server. The website is different from a lot of other site's as i have 4 live streaming camera's running on the site 24/7. With this site i have no problems at all. I managed to set the site up and stream the video from my home server to the website at 60 fps with ease. I am using Adobe flash encoder to stream the video to my site. Adobe has the option to save the streaming file to the local server(mine) and i have used this opetion as i knew that i wanted to allow people to log in and see the recorded video's and the flv. format was perfect for this. (or so i thought).
Now what i need to do is this. i want to setup a flv. server on my home server much like youtube but a whole lot smaller as it will only host my recorded video's.
I have almost the complete kit from adobe like cs4, encoder,server and so on. now all this software gives me the option to make the site im wanting to make, but i dont understand a lot of what it is asking me to do in the walk thru. can anyone help me out on this? i want to make a small simple site like youstream without the uploading option.
Im running windows xp pro with apatche server as well.
my system has 8 gigs of memory and 2 p4 3gig prossors with a gforce 7600 graphics card. also i have 2 terabytes of hd space. any help would be great. thanks, you can email me at copperisbetter@gmail.com.

Thanks for the reply, but im wanting to do it myself as i have already bought all the software. I dont want to pay someone else to use my software, just someone to explain in english how to make a small flv. video streaming website that will be hosted on my home server my myself. Im just having rtouble understanding the instructions in adobe flash server.
