cdrom play back poor via flash interface

I have built a flash cdom to deliver several small videos (:45 secc the longest) that is tied together with a flash interface.

On my harddrive (pc newer) it runs fine, from a disk (pc runs fine)
I am using the flash 6 projector and flv crunched with sorenson

the problem is that my mac (1.5 gb ram) has choppy play back. where do I start in problem solving this one?

When I play the indiviual .swf files they are fine on all
just when loaded into the projector it becomes less happy.

I dont have a Mac, so not much help. You can check the macromedia site to see if there are any current issues with Mac projectors. There have always been some slow playback issues with flash and mac......
