Need Flash Games for my Game Database

I'm new to this forum and i'm trying to find out where i can find flash game developers and designers. I have a game site where game users come and place ads within the games in the game database on my site but i don't know where i can find the game owners to upload their games to my site, can anyone help me or tell me where to look to get these flash game makers???
