Step1. Click “Open Files” to select the video files you want to convert.. Click “Play” to preview the video file and get the information of it.

Step2. Encoder Video to Flash Converter enables you to customize video by setting Video Encoder, Frame Rate, Key frames, Quality , Audio Encoder etc.

Video Encoder: It has only one mode,default.
Qulity: In the drop-down menu you can select Low, Medium, Good, Best.

Zoom In/Out Video: Custom yourself or choose default setting.
Audio Encoder: Keep the original audio or erase the audio it carried.

Step3. Effects
Take the special effects and make your video more attractive.



The “Up”, “Down”, “Left” and “Right” will allow you to convert certain area you select.

Step4. Templates
Select template and background music,also,background color can be changed as you wish.


Step5. Publish
At last, check-up your select and start encode. You can publish it as flv, swf,. Swf format can be played in a flash player directly. Also,you can select Publish For Web and upload them to our server. When it finishes,you get your flash video.

So many people want to convert video to flash, here I show you how to use it, only take MPG to FLV for example, you can also use it convert MPG to SWF:
when you import the video file you can see the main interface


Then, follow the screen instructions step by step, and in the step of “Output Settings”, click “Export settings”, tick the check-box of “Generate FLV file” and “Play outside FLV file” like the picture shows below:

By default, the program will generate an HTML page for you, which gives you the access to post your created FLV file on your blog or other website to share with your friends.
Another important part is the editing function for your end FLV file: you can personalize the Player for your FLV file that is to be played back on the web in the “Player settings”.


Thirdly, you will go to the settings of movie beginning and end.


At last you can change to "convert" label, click the "convert" button to convert.
