Looking for tutorial for time & date for flash mx 2004

Hello anyone have a good tutorial for flash mx 2004 on how to make time and date?
I would like to add a nice digital time & date on my site, I look around but most are for flash 5, what do I need to know to creat the date and time?

You could just use the flash 5 tutorials.

They will still work fine.
