um... using flash links with frames on dreamweaver...

hi there, im using a flash made bar on a web page thats divided in frames, so when i make a button, i would like it to open a link in another frame, but when i select the button and put the 'get url' action, i dont know how to specify in wich frame to load the url.

but, well, first of all: what am i asking is possible?
and if it is... how can it?
