hello everybody!!! Im new here!!! Im needing all the help i can find, i have been trying to get the solution for this but i havent been able to find what i need.

I need to build a website with this kind of interface:

I need that kind of scrolling interface...when the mouse moves the movieclip moves as well creating a floating enviroment, i need exactly that!!!!!!!!

Any idea? Tutorial?
