Newbie Flash slideshow help

I really like this slideshow and I want to duplicate it almost exactly, any ideas? I already decomplied it, but cant really figure it out

How difficult do you think it would be?
I have tried lots of these slide show templates, and flash slide show creators and they are too cheesy, I really want something that looks professional, like this.

Any info/advice would be greatly appreciated
