    Default Lines Around Embedded SWF

Hi, I'm new to Flash and would appreciate any help.

I put my flash code in to the header of the index.html file. When I go to the page and mouseover my flash movie (which has nav buttons) a dotted line appears around the movie and you have to click on it to activate it and THEN click on a button. Soooooo, what's the deal here. It didn't used to be like this. Is it an IE thing? An active X thing? How do I get around that?

    thanks, any suggestions are welcomed
