Flash For Frames On Web Site

Hey im new to flash and just learning. i am trying to create a nav bar type flash file and post it on my web site. The problem is when i dont know how to tell the flash file what frame to go to in my site. I am very new to flash. Could anyone tell me what to do or help me. I know in HTML you tell the link the target but for flash i have no clue. Please help

If you know the html code to calling the frame file it's very simple for you

just call the html file like below

getUrl("Enterfilenamehere.html, "EnterFramename");
