I need your guys' help on animating a certain file. So I created the animation through Indesign using their interactive animation functionality (since I can't really do it in Flash) and I exported the file into FLA format. Within the FLA format lies the symbols that contain the animation, but it's all nestled within one frame. If I break apart the frame and enter symbol editing mode, the animation is preserved perfectly from Indesign. All I need to do is somehow be able to get that animation and show it on the main timeline as a total of 20 frames and not 1 frame. The total animation is more than 20 frames so basically I'll need to find a way to create the first motion to be 10 frames and the second motion going the opposite way be another 10 frames. In order for me to export this animation into a PNG series, I'll need to have 20 frames be visible on the main timeline. As long as I can hit "play" straight from the main timeline and it shows the full animation in 20 frames, then we've completed our mission. Here's a small clip to help visualize the animation better. I will send $20 to the person who gives me the full answer (the answer that actually helps me) through paypal
