Question Weird lines and can I move everything?

This entire time I was thinking of adding in an image at the bottom of my scene, but now I'm not so sure. If I don't add in an image, I have to move everything down. So is there a way to edit all my scene images and move them down quickly. I got a lot of frames, and it could take a little while if I have to move frame by frame.

If it's not possible, I need to know this as well.

BTW, it's a custom level map from Super Mario Bros 3. The area at the bottom would show the current cards, timer, points, and lives, but I don't really need this as part of my flash other then to fill up space.

Also, My flash video is kind of small, when played in a video player the size is perfect but some of my animations have weird lines when it tries to stretch it out Why does this happen? Why does it not stretch everything perfectly, does it have to do with sheet size?

the way i would do it would be to cut and paste all your layers into a 'Main' MovieClip, and all you'll need to do is move your movieclip down and everything inside the movieclip will move with it.

can you show an image of the lines problem?
