Create an animated image

Not sure if this is a bug or not.
I took a bmp image from paint and pasted it into my flash.
For some reason it flipped it vertical and the size was not accurate.

I looked at some quick online tutorial and their image pasted just fine, so not sure what happened.
I did some flash animations long ago so not sure if this is a bug or if I'm rusty.


My image is each frame of the animation. I plan on aligning each keyframe to show that part of the image only to make it animate. However until I figure out this flipped and size problem, I can't continue.

Using Action Script 3.0 if that helps.

Well I got the image pasted in but I'm confused about something else.
When I go to test movie, it shows the entire image even though the document is 32x48.
I don't get why it's not cut out when animating.

Have you made sure the stage is also 32x48? you can set these dimensions in the properties panel when you click anywhere on the stage
