Default Help recompiling into .swf format

Hey, I'm not sure if this is in the right subforum to post in, so sorry if this is in the wrong section :P

I was trying to edit a .swf file just now, to do so I had to decompile it, after decompiling it into a flash movie and 2 folders of just actionscript files I now need to recompile them all back together into 1 .swf file again, any ideas how I would go about this? Programs I could use to do it? etc..

    Thanks

Don't worry. This isn't a forum where we yell at people for posting in wrong sections.

Hmm. Aside from this being close to copyright infringement, depending on what your decompiling, I would have to say that there is probably not a program that can recompile the stuff. Decompiling is really a one way thing, in order to sort of see the source code.

I guess I'll have to look into using the bits of this one into creating my own new one to make any progress then. Thanks for the fast response!

No problem. I don't know if there is or is not a program to do what you want. But I've not come across one yet.
