Screen capture in As2

Hi,

Iam trying to capture snapshot of a image movieclip drawing created by As2.
I tested bridging and bitmapdata but that didnt worked as they are in as3.

Can anyone tell how may I can do the technique in AS2 instead of AS3.

Don't bother. Everything is going AS3. Just go learn it. Then do a fusion of your AS2 file with an AS3 file, and take a snapshot that way.

Then again, that might be a little hard... otherwise you would have probably done it. In which case, how about you try to convert the AS2 file into an AS3 file? Unless you don't have the actual fla file. Idk, you didn't give much info. But those are my techniques for you to try.

I have been trying to implement through bridge but in my app its just a small button and AS3 will be overlapping the AS2 application in case of using bridging. Ya that is hard to implement and I was trying to figure a easier way.
