What Is 3GP
3GP (3GPP file format) is a multimedia container file format defined by Third Generation Partnership Project（3GPP）and is commonly used on 3G cell phones but also can be played on some 2G and 4G phones. Another file format 3G2 is very similar to 3GP. Both 3GP and 3G2 file format are designed for mobile phones, but for different phones.
