most flash playing but not all

Hi Guys, as my nick says, i am not versed in flash at all, but am trying to help a client of mine with an issue they have on their site. All of the .swf files that are connected to the main .flv play fine except for one portion that does not display at all during the presentation. I know i am light on details here, but could someone, possibly an admin, tell me if it is safe to post the link of the site here?
