Animated Banner - Changing text

I have an animated banner that someone was working on and they left the company. I am not sure how they created this but I need to change it to say:

Welcome to Your Alumni Page


I figured I would just go in and double click on a letter to change it but when I do that the other letters change with it. So when I change "C" all the c's change. How can I do this easily? I have attached the FLA file that I am working on.

They made it in, what i would say, a bad way.
You won't be able to just edit the text.
It will take some work and a lot of change to fix it.

Fantastic. I have been going through and clicking "Break" on each letter several times thorugh the timeline and changing the letters to what I need and moving them to the right spot. Time consuming but it seems to be working.

Yeah. He did a good job on it. The only problem is that it's custom made for those words.
Changing it would be extremely hard. He designed it well for what it was meant to be, but not for easy change.
