This sounds interesting. But do you want this done in html, asp, php, java, flash, or some other language?
And do you have an example website for it?

Don't worry, there is nothing wrong with your post. I'll approve it right now.
However, due to spam abusers, everyone took the hit.
Links must be approved by moderators before they can be posted.

It's sad, but that's what happens when people think spamming is ok.

OH! Nice example. I had something totally different in mind. This looks really cool though.
However, it is also very annoying when trying to navigate the site.
But it would be nice to use for transitioning from an intro page to the main page.

You would simply have to animate the blank page doing it's little spin.
After that, you can show the animation every time someone clicks a link.

It's fine. I have a few flash projects at the moment. But this shouldn't take too long.
Draw me the page you want to use for spinning, then attach it here as an .fla or image file. However you choose to do it.
I'll try to get it to spin for you and send you back an .fla file.

Ok. I've been working with Flash trying to replicate that example.

They are either using Flash's 3d animation tools to create the 3d page effect, or 3d animation software.

If you wish to use Flash's 3d animation tools, then beware the following:
Upside: It's not very hard to make a little 3d animation in Flash.
Downside: Due to how Adobe made the 3d effects in Flash, the following issues occur:
    1. Changing the size of the stage will distort any 3d animations.
    2. Because of 1, 3d animations cannot be moved from swf to swf because distortion occurs.
    3. Because of 2, swf files containing 3d animations cannot be imported into other swf because distortion occurs.
    4. Due to how symbols work in Flash, 3d animations cannot be created inside a library symbol for reuse because distortion occurs.

So that's how it is. If you make a website and plan to create 3d animations using Flash's 3d tools, you WILL NOT be able to change the size of your website without distortion.

The way they implement their animation is unique. They move all the menus and text to the right of the stage (so you can't see it) while the animation occurs.
Then they move their menus and text back.

If they indeed used Flash's 3d tools, then if anyone were to buy that example site, they would be stuck with the size it is at now (which looks like around 600 by 7 or 800 pixels).
Meaning, if someone with a large screen (almost everyone these days) visited the site, the site would have to be viewed at the 600px resolution or would have to be enlarged, resulting in some pixelation.

If they actually used 3d animation software, then the buyer should be able to change the site's size without ruining the 3d animation.

I suggest that you use 3d animation software to create the animation how you want, then import it into flash and go from there.
