settings live video streaming

Hi,

Currently i've have a problem with live webcam streaming on my community website.
I'm using red5/flash.

The problem with the live stream is that the webcam of the performer gets stuck.
Most of the time this happens only when the room of this performer is visited
by a lot of people. Rooms that have only few visitors don't have this problem.

What could be the cause and solution for this problem to prevent that the live stream
gets stuck?

Another question.
With live streaming there are a few choices in quality. Low, medium, high and best.
Far as i know the option "best" streams the live video according the cpu/internetspeed that the user has available, but is this true or false? And is this quality option also useable for live video streaming?

It happen sometimes when their is lit is lot of traffic your website. Due to increase traffic your web host does not responding well. In order to overcome this problem you need to continuously improve your database. So that your database and your host can respond well to the load of traffic. If you visit any eCommerce website like Website Templates then you can analyzed that their website never stuck with this kind of problem. Because they having proper DBMS and web hosting.

There are two ways to stream media file on the web
Downloading and Streaming
And Another id Progressive Streaming. you choose as your connection type fast or slow.

if you web connection is very well than streaming is preferable if slow than download all video stream and view it.
