I started using Flash 5 long time ago but for many years I didn't use Flash at all. I just got to started exploring Flash CS5 and it is a whole new world (glup help...)

I'm trying to create something simple recalling what I knew from Flash 5, but it seems I need some basic help. I appreciate feedback please.

MY PROBLEM

I created a small regional map and when I pass the mouse, I want that a specific region pops out. OK no big deal, but when when it pops out, it doesn't overlay existing regions on the map.
