pls check out the flash on www.vonage.com - center-left- with the scrolling text and flags. How can I make something like that in no time. Or, where can I download the swf-file etc. I need it asap.

you probably could compose various buttons in a movie clip, and let it play, on a loop, and then give it mouse over actions script to stop.
