play mp3 with flash5

First: I have Flash 5. I would like to play some pieces of music and use external mp3-files. I have a title (text) and 2 buttons, one for play and one for stop this title (preferably a volumebutton too, but I didn't get to that).
I can't get it to work. I have tried some tutorials, but no sound. Can someone help me with this?
