Erasing on runtime

hello.
i'm trying to create something like a scratching loto ticket in flash
but unfortunatly i have a lack of knowledge to do that.

i thought maybe to create 2 layers and to erase one of them on the run time with the mouse but i dont know how to do that.

if anyone can assist me on that , it will be great
