File browser

Hi,
Does anyone know how to use the windows file browser to allow for file selection from flash? I know this can't be done with flash alone, but flash in an HTML page talking to a javacript function can open the windows browser in Internet Explorer. I just can't figure out how to manipulate the info after it is selected.

Any javascript guru's around?
