Opening html within movie

I would like to know how to open an url within a swf. Specifically, I need to place a scroll box within the movie: the content of the box is that of a folder. I can open the folder externally ok, but not internally.

I know that a movie can contain html pages, as I have some example movies in which this is done (eg a flash browser), but I cannot see how...

Advice most appreciated :)
