Help-saving flash work

I have flash 8 at home, but in school i they have flash 2004. When i do work at home and then take it into school via Flash disk my work wont open. (the work i done at home on flash 8). At home i've tried saving it as a MX 2004, but it still wont open when i bring it into my school. Is there any thing else i can do such as changing the settings. Can somebody please help. thanks

Hi,

When you save the file in MX2004 format, make sure the settings are for AS1 and flashplayer 6 and your school version should be able to open it.
