Why and what good are Nested Movie clips? I know this might make some veterans cringe. what is a good example of the virtue of a nested clip ?
any help would be great ! Thanx.

There are numerous situations where a nested movieclip would be used. Just to mention a couple,dropdown or rollout menu systems,zooming and scaleing usually works best on a master movieclip that holds nested clip objects. and nested clips can help organize content. Much of when and where to use nested movieclips will depend on the project at hand.
