plz help to animate jpg pic?

Plz anyone tell me how I can start my animation with a jpg picture in several pieces having the whole picture rotate maybe 180 degrees or more while the pieces are coming together to form the whole jpg picture?

Hi,

Import the image into flash and select the break apart option. Use the lasso tool to create an outline around the area of the image you want to isolate. Highlight that area and select cut. Insert a new layer and paste in place the cut out part of the image. Seperate all the image parts on different layers. Convert each part to a movieclip. You can now either use a motion tween or actionscript to animate the pieces of the image however you like.
