How to open .fla files.

I have one .fla file version in -flashmx 2004.
But i want to open that file(version flash7) in flashMX(version 6).
I am unable to open .fla[version 7] file in flashMX software.

Can u tell me the way how can i open?

Bad News I'm afraid....you can't, well not as far as I know.
Can you save it as Flash 6 and then try?

If i want to convert to flash 6 that i need flashMX2004 software.
