I am new and trying to create a continous scroll of images

I am trying re-create the scrolling affects of the images on this site http://www.gaylordhotels.com/gaylordpalms/splash.cfm
Is there anyone who would be able to steer me into the right direction?? Or perhaps tell how its done?
