Problems importing .swf file

I'm not sure if anyone has had this problem before, but I have a maintime line, and I'm trying to import a .swf file which is a 30 live movie clip.

When I import it into any frame, I get about 1000 blank frames (the length of the movie) but no content at all.

Does anyone know what the problem is? If I click on the file I'm trying to import itself, it plays fine in the flash player.

Hi,

I have never encountered this problem. Do you have video files in the movie that is being imported? When you import video into Flash it will ask if you want the timeline extended to match the keyframes of the video. This should not be an issue when loading one .swf into another though and if the .swf plays fine independently, I am not sure what would cause that problem.
